I believe therapy should be available to everybody and everybody can benefit from therapy. By reconnecting with yourself and with others, the benefits of therapy can extend far beyond the therapy room. When you find who you really are, you have more choices and then you can decide what direction to go in. You can be in charge of your life again.

People tell me I have a warm, kind and calming presence and that my compassion for others comes across as a big part of who I am.
I’ll accept you as you are and I’ll provide a safe space for you to talk about your situation. I’m fascinated to get a sense of what it’s like to see the world as you do, without judgement but offering empathy and understanding.
I like to bring my personality to our sessions, but I will always offer a sympathetic presence and be attentive and respectful to the seriousness of your situation.
